TEMA Siren Test July 6th, 2026

On the first Saturday of every month, at 11:00 am EST, TEMA (Tippecanoe Emergency Management Administration) tests the county emergency sirens. (NOTE: if there is inclement weather, temperatures below 32 degrees F, or any other situation, TEMA may cancel the siren test). TCARES members volunteer to go to a siren location to verify proper working order of the siren using the repeater net. The TCARES net for the sirens starts at 10:45 am.
